REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with or without its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please complete our self-service Returns form. Keep in mind that processing returns and arranging for item pick-up may take several weeks, depending on your location.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation message with detailed instructions on how to prepare your item for pick-up. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will require additional processing time.
