SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver to select major markets within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to certain US states. If you’d like to have an order shipped outside our service areas, we’re happy to assist. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll help you find a reliable shipping partner.

HOW WE DELIVER

Our products are delivered in the following ways:

Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., FEDEX) to your specified delivery address.
Home Delivery for larger furniture and items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits. This typically includes our premium Full-Service for a fixed fee, which covers room of choice delivery, assembly, and debris removal.
Note: Items will be shipped as they become available. For your convenience, we can group items together in smaller shipments if any items are backordered.

DELIVERY TIMES

To estimate your delivery time, simply visit any product page and enter your zip code to receive an estimated delivery date.

Please note that your delivery location plays a significant role in determining delivery times. Delivery estimates are based on your location, the item’s stocked location, and the carrier’s routing to your area.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Most of our shipments are sent via freight with specialized furniture carriers. Depending on your location, your order may be handed off to a local final mile provider, who will then contact you to arrange the final delivery.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you tracking information. You will typically receive a call or email to schedule your delivery within one week of your estimated delivery date.

Smaller items are shipped as small parcels via FedEx or UPS directly to your doorstep.

You can track your delivery through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or sign up for text updates using the link in the same email.

DELIVERY BASICS

You or someone authorized to receive the furniture on your behalf should be present during the pre-arranged delivery window. A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm that your order was received correctly and in good condition.

Please note that all orders require a telephone number for scheduling purposes.

Delivery companies are unable to make modifications to your home, such as mounting items to walls or removing doors if they are too narrow for furniture to pass through.

Our delivery team is not able to move or disassemble existing items. Please ensure your room is ready to receive the delivery when our team arrives.

CHANGING YOUR ODER

If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update the information in our system before the shipment leaves. Please note that once your shipment is on its way, rerouting it becomes more challenging. While we’ll do our best to assist you, you may be responsible for any rerouting charges.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery to ensure it wasn’t damaged during transit. While we make every effort to protect your items with our specialized packaging, we can’t control what happens between our door and yours. If your product has sustained any damage, be sure to note it with the driver on the paperwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the damage is minor or cosmetic, please keep the furniture and reach out to us for available options.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT:

Stay calm, take a few photos of the damage (including the packaging), and send them over to us. We’ll take care of the rest—deep breaths, we’ve got you covered.

Make sure to report any damages within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate a smooth return process. You can send us the details via our Initiate Return option on our Returns page.

MISSING PARTS:

If you find that something is missing, please double-check the boxes—sometimes hardware and parts blend into the packaging materials. Be sure to check inside any drawers as some parts are packed internally. If you still can’t find it, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll send you what you need right away.

STORAGE FEES:

To ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery, it’s important that customers are ready to accept their shipments when carriers arrive. If delivery is delayed beyond the specified timeframe, storage fees may apply. These fees cover the cost of safely storing your items until we can arrange a suitable delivery time. We recommend coordinating closely with carriers to schedule deliveries promptly and avoid unnecessary charges. If you need to delay or hold a shipment for any reason, please contact us immediately.
