Terms and Conditions
Welcome to BonGoods! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and conditions under which you engage with our E-Design services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Description
BonGoods provides remote interior design services (E-Design) fully delivered online. We do not conduct in-person meetings or site visits. All communication, deliverables, and files are exchanged digitally.
Each package includes:
- 3D Photorealistic Renderings of your space
– Each item is tagged with interactive dots linked to affiliate shopping pages (Wayfair, Amazon, etc.)
- Clickable PDF or Online Preview allowing clients to view and shop products directly from the design
- Product List with Links & Prices tailored to your budget
– Includes furniture, lighting, art, and accessories
- Room Layout or Floor Plan (if applicable)
- Access to all files in an organized online folder
Clients can choose to purchase all or some of the recommended items. Designs are customized based on style preferences, room photos, and budget.
2. Order Process
To start:
- Choose a design package
- Upload 4 clear photos of the space
- Provide measurements and style inspiration
- Complete payment
Design starts only after all required materials are submitted.
3. Delivery Format
- All deliverables are sent via email and/or an online shared folder
- Interactive PDF with linked product tags and a downloadable product list
Average delivery: 7–14 business days
4. Revisions
- Up to 3 revisions included
- Each additional revision costs $50
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
5. Affiliate Products
We recommend furniture and décor from third-party partners. BonGoods is not responsible for pricing, availability, shipping, or product quality from external retailers.
6. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are required in advance
- Due to the custom nature of services, no refunds are offered once the design work has begun
Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing an order (if no work has started)
7. Intellectual Property
All designs and materials remain the intellectual property of BonGoods. Clients may not reuse or resell the design work outside of personal use.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and images
- Measuring their space correctly
- Purchasing and implementing products themselves
BonGoods is not liable for implementation errors, installation issues, or product delivery delays.
9. Changes to Services
Additional features or service upgrades may be added in the future. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect existing orders.
